    As an RSM consulting team member, you’ll work directly with nonprofit clients to better understand their unique needs and deliver excellent solutions within the Salesforce NPSP or Nonprofit Cloud environment. This experience also allows you to see firsthand your efforts' positive impact on the client’s success. This role will be part of a team responsible for delivering cloud technology solutions, specifically Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack, Nonprofit Cloud, and related applications (Grant Management, Marketing Cloud Engagement for Nonprofits, Case Management, Experience Cloud for Nonprofits, Elevate, Insights Platform, Accounting Subledger) and integrations, to our clients. Your role will include requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-deployment support. In this role, you will work alongside other Salesforce Consultants, Solution and Technical Architects, and Developers to develop and deliver solutions to our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    In addition to what is described above, you will have the following measurable goals: Billable vs Non Billable time objectives- 5% Billable Utilization.

    The required activities for this position include:

    • Great communication skills. You will interact with nonprofit organizations and their executive teams, building trust and confidence in our ability to understand our client's business objectives and create and deliver solutions that leverage our platforms.
    • Engage with clients to build and document requirements. This includes meetings on-premises or remotely.
    • meetings, developing and documenting journeys.
    • Assist with building solutions for clients. Under the direction of senior consultants and supervisors.
    • Assist in developing client reports and dashboards.
    • Maintain an understanding of capabilities in new Salesforce releases.
    • Participate in ongoing skill development activities specific to Salesforce, both within the team and independently.
    • Provide accurate accounting of time spent on tasks.
    • Maintain awareness of budget and constraints.
    • Attend onsite meetings and training sessions throughout the year.
    • Engage with team members in a collaborative process.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience in constituent relationship management (CRM) solutions, preferably in a nonprofit environment
    • Experience with Salesforce Trailhead training environment (or similar learning modules)
    • Experience working with nonprofit clients

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Preferred Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Associate, Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder
    • Ability to quickly learn about new clients, their industry and business challenges.
    • Experience in a consulting environment
    • Experience with telecommuting
    • Be available to travel up to 10%

    Compensation Range: $82,400 - $156,200

    Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
