    Job Description Qualifications:

    Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry and Associate Level Support Integration Specialists to become part of the F-15 Government Training Integrated Logistics Support Team in Berkeley, MO.

    The selected candidate will support the F-15 Government Training Integrated Logistics Support Team but has the potential to support additional Government Training platforms such as Apache and P-8.

    Support activities will include providing data development for integrated support subsystems, assisting in the development of support program plans and schedules, validating standard deliverables, and supporting trade studies for platform subsystems. In addition, the Support Integration Specialist researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the process to estimate, plan, and execute the logistics work statement.

    • Responsible for and maintain the site spares inventory, shipping, issuing, storage, control, reconciliation, technical research, and customer support operations.

    • Develop and maintain documentation per the Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).

    • Assist with hardware obsolescence.

    • Participates in the plans for the removal of obsolete inventory.

    • Work the Return of Repairables (ROR) process, to include replenishment of consumables.

    • Conduct all site inventory and management of assets.

    • Interface with internal and external customers.

    • Prepares required company reports.

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options (Berkeley, MO).

    This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • 1+ years' experience multi-tasking and working in a team environment

    • 1+ years' experience with material planning in support of aircraft maintenance operations

    • 1+ years' experience developing, contributing and/or maintaining processes, policies, and procedures

    • Experience reviewing and releasing engineering drawings

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • 3+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)

    • 1+ years’ experience in the aviation industry

    • 1+ years’ experience in Project Management

    • Military experience

    Typical Education/ Experience:

    Entry-Level (Level 1) :

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

    Associate (Level 2) :

    Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.)

    Relocation:

    Entry-Level Summary pay range: $56,950 - $77,050

    Associate-Level Summary pay range: $68,850 - $93,150
